Who and Where We Are

The Ninth Circuit Library System supports the research needs of the federal judges and court staff who work within the jurisdiction of the Ninth Circuit. The library system also assists, on a more limited basis, government personnel, lawyers, and other public patrons.

The library system has branch libraries throughout the Ninth Circuit. The access policies for each of our libraries vary. For a listing of each library location, including contact information and availability to the public, see our Directory page. As hours are subject to change, before you visit a library, we recommend you call to confirm it is open.
