If you are the attorney or self-represented party who will be arguing, submit your Acknowledgment of Hearing Notice electronically using the filing type "Acknowledgment of Hearing Notice" in CM/ECF. No form or other attachment is required unless you are requesting specific accommodation for a special need. If you are not already counsel of record in the case, you must first submit a notice of appearance. If you will not be the attorney arguing, do not file an acknowledgment of hearing, even if you will sit at counsel’s table.
