(06/29/20) Effective July 1, 2020, the Court will no longer provide automatic extensions of time based solely on a Notice. Requested extensions will require a motion and a showing of cause pursuant to Circuit Rule 31-2.2. You are encouraged to use Form 14 in lieu of a written motion, or you may request a Streamlined Extension if eligible.

(04/10/20) The Ninth Circuit invites public comment on proposed Circuit Rule changes regarding excerpts of record and related rules, representation statements, and oversized briefs. Comments are due by July 31, 2020.
