Proposed Revisions to Circuit Rule 9-1.2 (Release in Criminal Cases) and Circuit Rule 27-14 (Motion to Transmit Physical Exhibits) have been posted here and circulated for public comment. Any comments are due by May 31, 2023. Ninth Circuit will expand its new case management system (ACMS) to include all criminal appeals opened in this court as of March 1, 2023.
