EDR Coordinators are local points of contact to whom employees can report misconduct. They are available to have confidential conversations, provide guidance, and discuss options.

You can report misconduct to the Office of Judicial Integrity by emailing the Judicial Integrity Officer Michael Henry at AO_OJI@ao.uscourts.gov or calling (202) 502-1603. More information about the Office of Judicial Integrity can be found here.

If you wish to make an anonymous report, you may do so here.

The Office of Workplace Relations uses a platform (Incogneato) that anonymizes the identities of individuals who use it to communicate with us. The platform also allows us to conduct anonymous, two-way conversations with individuals, which will help us appropriately respond to an anonymous report. To receive a response back from the Office of Workplace Relations, you will need to provide your email in the corresponding field, which will be anonymized through the platform and cannot be seen by our office.

Please note that if we contact you through this platform and you choose to not have additional correspondence with us after you make a report, we will not be able to follow up with you to gain additional information that may be helpful. Moreover, we may be limited in what, if any, action we may be able to take in response to an anonymous report.
