Application Instructions

Please follow the specific application instructions at the bottom of each job announcement. 

Applications for law clerk and staff attorney positions should be submitted through OSCAR, the Online System for Clerkship Application and Review. 

At a minimum, your application should include a resume and cover letter.  Some positions may also require transcripts, a writing sample and/or references.  The preferred format is pdf, but we also accept Word and Word Perfect files.  The Court accepts applications for open positions only.  Due to the volume of applications we receive, only applicants selected to interview will receive notice.
