Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &Sect; 2071(b), comments are invited on the proposed amendments to the Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit (BAP Rules). The BAP Rules are being reorganized and renumbered to be consistent with proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. No substantive changes to the BAP Rules are being made at this time. A description of the changes and the proposed new rules are available at this link. Please direct comments to Susan M. Spraul, Clerk of Court at Comments must be submitted on or before November 6, 2014.
