Notice Regarding BAP CM/ECF Numbering:
Effective January 30, 2012, the BAP upgraded to the latest release of CM/ECF and, at that time, turned on a CM/ECF feature that displays the number of a docket entry rather than an icon, as was done prior to this date. Please be aware that for entries docketed before January 30, 2012, there may appear to be skipped (non-sequential) docket entry numbers. The skipped numbers are non-public docket entries (e.g., notations on the termination of deadlines, addition or substitution of counsel, etc.). No documents are missing; all public docket entries are available on the electronic docket.
IMPORTANT: You must have Java to file documents using Appellate ECF. If you do not have Java, go to http://www.java.com/, to download Java. Remember to install Java after the download completes.
Appellate ECF will be unavailable from 10:00 PM until midnight each Saturday and Sunday for system maintenance.
For all BAP cases filed on or after March 31, 2010, electronic filing using the BAP's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system is mandatory for all attorneys, unless they are granted an exemption by BAP from using the CM/ECF system. Please review the contents of this webpage for further information.
Notice of Changes to Administrative Order Regarding Electronic Filing in BAP Cases:
