Notice Regarding BAP CM/ECF Numbering:
Effective January 30, 2012, the BAP upgraded to the latest release of CM/ECF and, at that time, turned on a CM/ECF feature that displays the number of a docket entry rather than an icon, as was done prior to this date. Please be aware that for entries docketed before January 30, 2012, there may appear to be skipped (non-sequential) docket entry numbers. The skipped numbers are non-public docket entries (e.g., notations on the termination of deadlines, addition or substitution of counsel, etc.). No documents are missing; all public docket entries are available on the electronic docket.

IMPORTANT: Appellate ECF will be unavailable from 10:00 PM until midnight each Saturday and Sunday for system maintenance.
