SAN FRANCISCO – Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. has transferred Judicial Conduct and Disability Complaint Number 26‑90153, regarding Circuit Judge Ryan D. Nelson, to the Judicial Council of the Fourth Circuit. The transfer of this complaint, along with related proceedings, was made under Rule 26 of the Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings and at the request of Chief Circuit Judge Mary H. Murguia.
