(02/13/20) SAVE THE DATE and REGISTER here for the next Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy CLE Program in SEATTLE on April 1, 2020. The program is free and will feature Ninth Circuit Judges and executive staff and experienced local practitioners. Lunch and a reception will be provided. The program will be live streamed and recorded.

(02/06/20) The USMS has recently installed a new security screening station at the Richard H. Chambers Courthouse in Pasadena. Counsel and visitors are advised to build some extra time into their schedules to clear the screening process and avoid undue stress. Counsel arguing cases are further advised to identify themselves to court staff so that they can be moved to the front of the line. Thanks to all for their patience as we get used to the new entry process.
