Technical Issue

Due to a technical issue on August 10, 2026, the Ninth Circuit's case management systems was temporarily unavailable. This affected both CM/ECF, ACMS, and the court's email inbox. The Administrative Office of the Courts has now resolved the issue.

The court will sua sponte extend all deadlines for filings due today under Fed. R. App. P. 26(a)(3).
