IMPORTANT: The CM/ECF system will be unavailable on Friday May 27, 2016, from 12:01 A.M. PDT to 6:00 A.M. PDT for planned maintenance and testing. During the time the system is down, you will not be able to view Ninth Circuit dockets and you will not be able to file anything via CM/ECF.
