Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit

NOTICE of BAP Rule Amendments: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b), comments are invited on the proposed amendments to the Rules of the United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit. The BAP Rules are being updated to reflect changes resulting from electronic filing and to eliminate rules which are redundant in light of recent changes to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. The proposed new rules are available at this link. Please direct comments to Susan M. Spraul, Clerk of Court at Comments must be submitted on or before May 8, 2015.

NOTICE: The BAP Rules have been reorganized and renumbered effective December 1, 2014, to be consistent with amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure effective December 1, 2014. A chart setting forth the old and new rule numbers is available at this link.
